Join us for Night 1 of our Grand Opening celebration, featuring an evening of food, demonstrations, tasting, and a deeper look into the world of BBQ.

Part 1: Appetizer Stations & Tastings

Start the evening by moving through a variety of appetizer stations where you can watch different dishes being prepared, learn about the cooking techniques, and sample each creation. This interactive portion of the evening is designed to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the preparation while allowing you to taste a variety of BBQ-inspired appetizers and bites.

Appetizer & Tasting Menu: Guests will enjoy an exciting selection of BBQ-inspired appetizers and creative bites, including wings, grilled pizza, pimento cheese and nacho bits, brisket mini tacos, Brunswick stew prepared in the Potjie, bacon-wrapped Oreos, and Million Dollar Bacon.

Part 2: Dinner & BBQ Session

After the appetizer stations, we’ll sit down for dinner featuring ribs and pulled pork. During dinner, we’ll also have a special session focused on the Q Station and the National BBQ Association, giving guests an opportunity to learn more about BBQ, the Q Station, and the broader BBQ community.
